About the role
Bizrahmed, part of a global group with over 20 years of experience in facial plastic surgery, body contouring, hair restoration, men's health, skin care and laser therapy, is hiring a full-time on-site Telesales Representative in Dubai. The agent will handle inbound and outbound calls for plastic surgery and hair transplant services.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Assist customers with their inquiries
- Promote the clinic's services
- Provide after-care support
Required profile
- Call centre experience handling inbound and outbound calls for cosmetic centres
- Customer support and sales experience
- Experience in the healthcare or beauty industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Communication or a related field
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Up-selling and cross-selling
- Communication and customer service skills
- Training skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork
- Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
