Telesales Representative – Electrical Supplies

About the role

SmartSense Supplies is looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to join our on‑site team in the UAE. You will be the first point of contact for potential and existing customers, promoting our range of high‑quality electrical materials and delivering tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to generate sales opportunities.
• Educate customers on product specifications, pricing, and delivery options.
• Process orders accurately and maintain up‑to‑date records of all interactions.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
• Participate in training sessions and share best practices to improve team efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service or sales with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• High school diploma or higher; further education is advantageous.
• Knowledge of electrical materials or e‑commerce is beneficial but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Basic computer applications.
