Telesales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Telesales Representative to join our real‑estate team. You will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads through outbound calls, promoting property investment opportunities, and supporting the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
• Identify client requirements and arrange appointments.
• Promote real estate properties and investment opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow‑ups.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of UAE real estate telecalling experience.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Good knowledge of the UAE property market.
• Target‑oriented and confident personality.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
