Telesales Representative

About the role

The Telesales Representative will join Velora Delivery Service LLC in Ajman to promote the company’s delivery solutions through phone outreach. Working full‑time on‑site, you will engage both new prospects and existing customers, presenting service options and converting inquiries into confirmed shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients, presenting delivery service offerings and pricing.
• Answer inbound inquiries, explain service options, and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets.
• Update customer information and interaction notes in the CRM system.
• Provide basic customer support, resolve simple issues, and coordinate with operations to ensure service commitments are met.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to reach individual and team sales goals.

Required profile

• Strong telephone communication and active listening abilities.
• Customer‑service mindset with the capacity to handle inquiries professionally.
• Proven telesales or call‑center experience, preferably in logistics or related sectors.
• Willingness to participate in regular training and coaching.
• Comfortable working on‑site in Ajman and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Experience with a CRM or call‑logging system.
• Basic computer literacy.
