Telesales Representative

About the role

The Telesales Representative will work on‑site in Dubai, contacting prospective clients by phone to promote Xperia Homes’ residential and investment properties. The role combines outbound prospecting, inbound inquiry handling and coordination with the sales team to drive qualified leads and schedule property viewings.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential buyers and investors and respond to inbound enquiries.
• Qualify leads, explain property features and investment opportunities.
• Schedule site visits, consultations and follow‑up appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
• Support sales campaigns, collaborate with the sales team and strive to meet or exceed targets.
• Provide professional customer support and uphold Xperia Homes’ service standards.

Required profile

• Strong spoken English with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Customer service experience and the ability to resolve client concerns.
• Proven telesales or call‑center experience, preferably in real estate or related financial products.
• Comfort using CRM systems and basic computer applications for data entry and call tracking.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in Business or Marketing is a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Dubai and achieve performance targets.
