Telesales Representative

About the role

SRJ Group of Companies, a diversified business group covering construction, real estate, trading, holiday home management and digital solutions, is hiring a Telesales Representative in Dubai. The role centres on outbound calling, lead generation and cross-division sales, with immediate joining.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers, businesses, investors and potential clients.
• Identify new prospects, build contact lists, qualify leads and keep a steady sales pipeline.
• Promote the group's services across Construction, Real Estate, Trading, Happy Home Vacations and Digital Solutions and explain their benefits.
• Schedule meetings, consultations, property viewings and sales presentations.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and proposals to drive conversions.
• Maintain accurate call, lead and follow-up records in the CRM or tracking system.
• Achieve daily call targets, monthly lead-generation goals, appointment targets and sales KPIs.
• Report daily call activity, lead updates and appointment schedules to the reporting manager.
• Share customer feedback, objections and market opportunities with management and work with sales, marketing and business development teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Communication or Business Administration.
• 2-3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service or sales preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence in making outbound calls and handling objections.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and able to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• UAE sales experience preferred; immediate joiner available in Dubai.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, email and CRM systems.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
