Telesales Representative – Real Estate (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a driven Telesales Representative with real‑estate experience to handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify prospects and support the sales team in converting opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and initiate real‑estate inquiries via phone.
• Qualify leads and capture client requirements.
• Schedule property viewings and appointments for consultants.
• Follow up with prospects, nurture leads and maintain pipeline.
• Update lead information accurately in the CRM system.
• Meet daily and monthly call volume and conversion targets.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in UAE real‑estate brokerage or developer.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Confident telephone manner with objection‑handling skills.
• Target‑driven mindset.
• Basic experience with a CRM platform (Zoho, Salesforce or similar).
• Fluent English; additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian or Chinese are a plus.
