About the role

We are seeking a confident communicator to join our real‑estate team as a Telesales Representative. You will focus on generating leads, engaging prospective buyers, and scheduling appointments for Dubai property projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential buyers interested in Dubai real‑estate.
  • Present property details, investment benefits, payment plans, and project highlights.
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling and follow‑ups.
  • Schedule property tours, video calls, and meetings with the sales team.
  • Maintain CRM records and track lead progress.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to drive conversions.

Required profile

  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic, Hindi or Urdu a plus).
  • Prior tele‑calling or real‑estate experience, preferably in the Dubai market.
  • Strong persuasion and follow‑up abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Required skills

  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
