Telesales Representative – Sales Executive (Outsourced)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to join our outsourced sales team. The role focuses on generating new business and revenue by contacting potential customers over the phone and promoting our service packages.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound customer queries and provide advice on suitable services or packages.
• Conduct outbound sales campaigns using prepared scripts to influence purchase decisions.
• Process sales transactions and complete all required documentation in the internal system.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team objectives.
• Maintain high standards of customer experience by adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Identify improvement opportunities and provide feedback to management.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in a call‑center environment.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (mandatory).
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently while meeting performance targets.
