About the role
Cheezee Global is seeking a motivated Telesales Specialist to join its sales team. In this role you will make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, promote the company’s payment solutions, and close sales.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to generate leads and close sales.
- Present and explain products or services clearly and persuasively.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and follow‑ups professionally.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate information.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share feedback and improve strategies.
Required profile
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Goal‑oriented with a positive, energetic attitude.
- Resilient under pressure and able to handle rejections.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM software.
