About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Specialist to join our real‑estate brokerage team. You will engage potential clients over the phone, showcase property listings, and work closely with the sales team to close deals and achieve targets.

Key responsibilities

• Call and follow up on leads provided by the company, qualifying prospects for property viewings or consultations.
• Promote property listings, explain key features and benefits, and build strong client relationships.
• Negotiate and close sales over the phone, ensuring a smooth hand‑off to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate client information in the CRM system (Salesforce) and track call outcomes.
• Stay informed on market trends, property pricing, and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Proven telesales experience with a mandatory background in real‑estate sales.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
