Telesales Specialist – Remote

About the role

Cheezee Global is seeking a full‑time Remote Telesales Specialist to drive revenue growth by engaging prospective and existing customers over the phone and digital channels. You will play a key part in promoting our secure payment solutions across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads through outbound calls and digital outreach.
• Present Cheezee Global’s payment solutions and handle customer inquiries.
• Guide customers through the onboarding process and ensure smooth activation.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up on opportunities and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with customer support and training teams to improve the customer experience.
• Provide feedback on market needs and participate in product and sales training sessions.

Required profile

• Proven telesales or inside‑sales experience, preferably in fintech or payments.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities to build rapport and handle objections.
• Ability to resolve basic support issues and escalate complex cases appropriately.
• Quick learning agility for payment products, compliance requirements and market nuances.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Secondary education required; diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools.
• Familiarity with call‑tracking systems.
• Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
