Teller – Dubai (UAE Nationals Only)

About the role

Emirates NBD is seeking a motivated UAE national to join its Dubai branch as a Teller. You will be the front‑line representative, delivering fast, accurate banking services while upholding the bank’s high standards of customer care.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide courteous, efficient service.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments and cash‑check transactions accurately.
• Maintain and balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
• Assist customers with international money exchange requests.
• Ensure all activities comply with bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.

Required profile

• UAE national.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0‑5 years of relevant experience, or fresh graduates with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Able to work quickly while maintaining accuracy.

Required skills

• Basic cash handling and numerical accuracy.
• Effective face‑to‑face communication.
