About the role

Deliver quality teller service to customers at ADIB’s Muhaisnah branch in Dubai, handling cash transactions and other banking services while upholding the bank’s professional image.

Key responsibilities

• Process teller counter transactions such as cash deposits, withdrawals, drafts, telegraphic transfers, payment orders, standing orders, foreign currency purchases and sales, and cheque deposits in line with operational policies.
• Cross‑sell or refer product inquiries from prospective customers to sales staff.
• Act as one of the dual custodians for the branch vault cash and security stationery and assist the Head of Operations as the second custodian.
• Perform cash reconciliation, end‑of‑day balancing and general filing duties.
• Liaise with the Treasury department to obtain the best rates for VIP and high‑net‑worth customers.
• Ensure proper understanding and processing of all centralized branch operations projects.

Required profile

• UAE National.
• Good knowledge of ADIB’s retail banking products, operational policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with UAE banking regulations, Central Bank rules and related risks.
