Tender Manager

About the role

Lead complex service opportunities for ONE Solution Services MEA, acting as the single point of contact for customers across the region. You will drive presale activities, tender preparation, and contract negotiations to secure high‑value service contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop presales contract strategies and collaborate with marketing, sales, and solution teams to pitch tailored solutions.
• Prepare competitive tenders for modernization, maintenance, and digital service contracts, ensuring compliance with the Customer Project Process (CPP).
• Own the end‑to‑end tender process, from bid kickoff to award, and ensure seamless handover to operations.
• Analyse customer requirements and integrate them into offers and solution concepts.
• Define strategic pricing in partnership with Service Sales, supporting value‑based pricing.
• Lead cross‑functional tender teams, coordinating account managers, legal, finance, procurement, and technical experts.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions, managing T&Cs and ensuring policy compliance.
• Prepare detailed cost calculations and manage financial aspects of bids.

Required profile

• At least 60 months (5 years) of experience in tender and contract management within service‑oriented environments.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and manage complex bids.
• Strong analytical skills to review customer requirements and develop competitive offers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
