Terminal Operator Specialist

About the role

The Terminal Operator Specialist will support day‑to‑day warehouse and fulfillment activities for a luxury fashion client. Working under the Team Leader, the role ensures that B2B store replenishment, B2C e‑commerce, and inbound & returns processes are executed according to brand standards and delivery schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and validate ASNs, inbound documentation and return manifests; coordinate receiving and put‑away with floor teams.
• Perform quality checks, report damages and escalate discrepancies.
• Process store orders and replenishment waves in the WMS, generate pick lists and verify prioritisation based on delivery windows and campaign timelines.
• Handle daily e‑commerce order drops, coordinate picking, packing and hand‑over to courier partners, and monitor failed deliveries.
• Track deliveries, close proof‑of‑delivery, and ensure accurate system status for all orders.
• Support seasonal inbound peaks, campaign launches and urgent store‑to‑store transfers.
• Collaborate daily with floor in‑charge, pick/pack teams and returns processing teams to guarantee smooth execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Ability to work under guidance, follow standard operating procedures and adapt to multiple functional streams.
• Strong attention to detail and capability to handle high‑volume, time‑sensitive tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management System (WMS) platforms.
• Reporting skills and ability to generate accurate operational reports.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and tracking.
