Territory Representative

About the role

The Territory Representative will identify and develop sales potential across the UAE dental market. You will influence dental clinicians, dealers, dental schools, institutions and group practices to achieve sales and revenue targets aligned with Dentsply Sirona’s business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Generate demand for Dentsply Sirona’s products through approved distributors or direct sales.
• Act as the customer’s expert on Dentsply Sirona’s focus products.
• Coordinate and conduct sales meetings and product training, including vendor days with dealers and telesales teams.
• Apply the sales process to varied solutions and different customers to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Analyse market trends and develop a territory business plan to capitalize on current and future opportunities.
• Report competitor activities across the region and collaborate with Marketing and the Commercial Leader.
• Identify and develop sales potential by influencing dental clinicians, dealers, dental schools, institutions and group practices.

Required profile

• Proven ability to apply a structured sales process and achieve sales targets.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and develop business plans.
• Experience generating demand for dental or medical products.
• Capability to build relationships with clinicians, dealers and educational institutions.
