About the role

AbbVie’s Tumoohy Talent program offers recent graduates a two‑year, fixed‑term opportunity to develop as a Therapeutics & Aesthetics Associate. The role begins with a two‑month shadowing and capstone project, followed by two business rotations that provide hands‑on experience in commercial and support functions.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a structured shadowing period and deliver a capstone project that showcases understanding of AbbVie’s business.
• Rotate across Product Sales & Marketing and Customer Excellence & Market Access, gaining exposure to commercial operations.
• Participate in networking events, senior‑leader briefings, and team‑based activities.
• Contribute to meaningful project assignments that impact the business.

Required profile

• Recent graduate from any discipline with a strong interest in healthcare or life sciences.
