Therapist – Recovery Lab

About the role

The Therapist will deliver result‑focused treatments while ensuring every guest feels comfortable and special. You will maintain a clean, well‑presented Recovery Lab and manage spa‑related business tasks such as reception and stock control. Excellent customer service and a passion for wellbeing are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Recovery Manager in overseeing the Recovery Lab’s performance, professionalism, and financial results.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, appearance, and hygiene throughout the spa.
• Perform a range of skin, body and aesthetic treatments in line with legislation and company standards.
• Handle bookings, consultation cards, and ensure a smooth client experience.
• Manage customer feedback, audits, health‑safety and COSHH compliance.
• Support stock control, reception duties and other tasks as required.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
• NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a spa or beauty therapy environment.
• Strong knowledge of skin‑care and body‑treatment techniques.
• Professional, polished appearance and flexible availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.
