About the role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Therapy Manager to lead our outpatient therapy services in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring high‑quality patient care, and driving continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily outpatient therapy operations and ensure high‑quality patient care.
- Lead, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary therapy teams.
- Monitor clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and departmental performance.
- Ensure compliance with DOH regulations, clinical standards, and healthcare policies.
- Drive operational efficiency and continuous quality improvement.
- Collaborate with physicians and senior management to enhance patient services.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Physiotherapy.
- Valid DOH (Department of Health – Abu Dhabi) professional license.
- Previous experience in therapy management, rehabilitation, or senior clinical leadership.
- Strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills.
- Knowledge of outpatient rehabilitation services and DOH requirements.
