Third-Party Management Senior Advisor

About the role

The Third-Party Management Senior Advisor will lead third-party risk governance for Cigna Healthcare Middle East & Africa, ensuring compliance with outsourcing regulations and driving value across the region. Reporting to Global Procurement and with dotted-line accountability to MEA Finance, the role serves as the central liaison among business units, finance, procurement and shared services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and contracting for assigned spend categories, using market insights, spend analysis and supplier benchmarks to achieve cost savings and risk reduction.
• Draft, review and negotiate supplier contracts, Service Level Agreements, Statements of Work and related commercial documents.
• Conduct RFx processes, evaluate suppliers and advise stakeholders on sourcing strategy and negotiation approaches.
• Provide governance for supplier relationships across MEA markets, monitoring performance, resolving issues and reporting risk metrics.
• Maintain strong stakeholder and supplier relationships, ensuring disciplined project management throughout the sourcing lifecycle.
• Support continuous improvement of procurement processes in partnership with the GPTPMS Center of Excellence.

Required profile

• At least 11 years (132 months) of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement or third-party management.
• Proven ability to negotiate and manage complex supplier contracts and service agreements.
• Strong analytical capability and experience driving cost-saving initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across regional teams.
