TIBCO EBX Techno-Functional Consultant

About the role

Ultimate HR Solutions is looking for an experienced TIBCO EBX Techno-Functional Consultant to support Master Data Management (MDM) and SAP S/4HANA integration on a large-scale retail transformation project. The ideal candidate has strong experience in TIBCO EBX development, data modelling, workflows, system integration and retail master data management.

Key responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and develop EBX data models, workflows and validation rules.
• Configure and customise TIBCO EBX using Java/Groovy and EBX APIs.
• Manage master data quality, cleansing, validation and governance.
• Integrate TIBCO EBX with SAP S/4HANA and other retail systems.
• Support data migration, SIT/UAT testing, deployment and troubleshooting.
• Prepare technical documentation and coordinate with business and technical teams.

Required profile

• 5-7 years of experience in MDM or data engineering.
• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on TIBCO EBX (5.x/6.x) experience.
• At least 2 full-cycle EBX/MDM implementations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Preferred: retail or FMCG experience, SAP S/4HANA or SAP MDG experience, TIBCO EBX certification.

Required skills

• TIBCO EBX data modelling, workflows, validation rules and triggers.
• Java/Groovy, EBX APIs, REST/SOAP, XML and JSON.
• SAP S/4HANA integration and retail master data (products, stores, suppliers, customers).
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
• Preferred: Git, Maven, Jenkins, Jira or Confluence.
