Timesheet Analyst – Workforce Time Recording

About the role

KBR is seeking a Corporate Timesheet Analyst for a one‑year fixed‑term contract, based in Abu Dhabi, to support Middle East projects. The analyst will oversee timesheet governance, compliance and reporting, driving automation and data quality across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor timesheet compliance across all Middle East locations, ensuring timely submission and approval.
• Coordinate with Project Controls, Project Timekeepers and Accounting to guarantee accurate labor charging and coding.
• Produce weekly compliance, exception and workforce reports for regional management.
• Support bulk upload of site‑based timesheets and reconcile leave records with timesheet data.
• Act as the regional focal point for timesheet queries, process governance and data‑quality initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, dashboard development and AI‑enabled solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in project accounting, workforce administration, finance operations or business analytics.
• Strong analytical and data‑management skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across geographically diverse locations.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Experience with Power Automate or similar automation tools.
• Familiarity with timesheet, ERP or project accounting systems.
