Tool and Assets Management Representative

About the role

The Tool and Assets Management Representative will oversee the territory’s tool fleet, ensuring timely delivery, proper configuration, and efficient use of assets across pipeline projects.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange delivery of tools, spares and accessories to sites, ensuring proper configuration and assembly.
• Manage the territory workshop, maintaining housekeeping, accurate records, and inventory of tools, spares and accessories.
• Forecast, budget and purchase (or return) tools for the upcoming year, reflecting manpower and workshop size.
• Report monthly usage, inspection success rates and assess tool performance for design improvements.
• Coordinate tool return shipments and charge projects for damage caused by poor handling.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in tool and production roles, preferably in Oil & Gas.
• Strong command of English; flexibility with work hours.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb and work in refinery or plant environments.

• ERP systems.
• Microsoft Office.
• Sledworks (advantage).
• AutoCAD (advantage).
