About the role

Dior is looking for a motivated Trade Animation Design Manager to join its Regional Merchandising Department in Dubai. You will lead the creation and execution of in‑store marketing campaigns across the Middle East, Africa and India, ensuring every retail space reflects the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

Develop and adapt in‑store marketing concepts, from podium displays to window installations and pop‑up concepts.
Plan and execute animation schedules in line with brand guidelines.
Collaborate daily with marketing, visual merchandising, brand headquarters, country teams, suppliers, malls and retailers.
Manage timelines, budgets, approvals, production and installation of retail activations.

Required profile

Minimum 7 years of experience in a retail design role.
At least 2 years in a managerial position.
Strong time‑management and budget‑control abilities.
Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high luxury standards.
Fluent in English; French or Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

Proficient in SketchUp.
Advanced user of the Microsoft Office suite.
