Trainer – Fall Protection Training

About the role

Our client, a leading safety and industrial solutions provider in the Middle East, is seeking a Trainer to deliver fall protection training across Abu Dhabi and the wider region. Reporting to the Training Manager, you will design and deliver technical courses, support business growth and ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical fall protection training programs to customers throughout the region.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align training delivery with business objectives.
• Plan, organise and evaluate training courses to ensure effective delivery.
• Develop new training materials and programs in line with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain training documentation and internal knowledge systems.
• Provide technical consultation and customised training solutions.
• Support audits, site assessments, customer surveys and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety policies, accreditation and certification requirements.
• Represent the organisation at client meetings, seminars and industry events.
• Handle technical queries, assist with quotations and tenders.
• Monitor regulatory updates and adapt training programmes accordingly.
• Travel within the Middle East and internationally as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in training delivery or technical instruction.
• Strong knowledge of working at height, confined spaces and safety procedures.
• Certifications such as IOSH or NEBOSH are highly preferred.
• Experience with fall protection systems and PPE inspection.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights if required.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
