Trainer – Fall Protection Training

About the role

The client, a leading safety and industrial solutions provider, is seeking a Trainer to deliver fall protection training across the Middle East. Reporting to the Training Manager, you will design and conduct technical courses, support business growth and ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical fall protection training programmes to customers throughout the region.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align training delivery with business objectives.
• Plan, organise and evaluate courses to guarantee effective learning outcomes.
• Develop new training materials in line with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain training documentation and internal knowledge systems.
• Provide technical consultation, support customised solutions and handle technical queries.
• Assist with quotations, tenders and support audits, site assessments and customer surveys.
• Monitor regulatory updates and adapt programmes to meet accreditation and certification standards.
• Travel within the Middle East and internationally as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in training delivery or technical instruction.
• Strong knowledge of working at height, confined spaces and safety procedures.
• Certifications such as IOSH or NEBOSH are highly preferred.
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights if required.
• Willingness to travel extensively and fluent English communication.
