Trainer – Security Guard Training (SIRA Accredited)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Trainer to deliver SIRA‑accredited security guard training. You will prepare candidates for the SIRA examination by covering essential topics such as fire fighting, first aid, people of determination, and physical fitness.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Training Need Analysis before each training cycle.
• Deliver the full SIRA syllabus, including fire fighting, first aid, POD, and physical fitness.
• Create and communicate training plans and schedules.
• Maintain training materials (videos, audio clips, handbooks, notes) for trainee use.
• Administer written tests to assess readiness for the SIRA written exam.
• Develop security and safety competencies, monitor trainee participation, and evaluate results after exam declaration.
• Submit trainee lists to SIRA to obtain registration numbers.
• Organise firefighting drills and first‑aid workshops at staff accommodations or client sites, complying with operational requirements.
• Perform training effectiveness analysis for graduates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
• Strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
