Training and Capacity Building Lead

About the role
The Training and Capacity Building Lead will head the execution, management and operational delivery of all training programmes at the New Economy Academy (NEA). Reporting to the CEO, the role transforms strategic initiatives into high‑quality learning experiences across entrepreneurship, financial literacy, new‑economy skills, leadership and government capacity‑building programmes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end execution of NEA training and capacity‑building programmes, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, budget and quality standards.
- Oversee operational planning including schedules, venues, LMS coordination, trainers, logistics, assessments, certifications and participant management.
- Monitor day‑to‑day programme execution, resolve operational challenges and align objectives with learning outcomes.
- Develop execution frameworks, SOPs and operational workflows to streamline delivery.
- Manage the full training operations cycle from participant onboarding to post‑programme reporting and closure.
- Supervise training coordinators, program coordinators and operational support teams, keeping stakeholders updated on progress, risks and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with KHDA and other accreditation or regulatory requirements.
- Act as primary liaison for government entities, corporate clients, universities, trainers and strategic partners, coordinating with Strategy & Business Development for smooth transition from acquisition to implementation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trainers, facilitators and ecosystem partners to uphold delivery standards.
Required profile
- Strong operational leadership and project execution capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple programmes simultaneously while maintaining participant experience excellence.
- Proven experience in coordinating with internal teams, external vendors and strategic partners.
- Experience supervising training or program coordination teams.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements such as KHDA accreditation.
