Training Centre Manager

About the role

The Training Centre Manager will lead Zameer Training’s Sharjah facility, driving growth, financial performance and service excellence. Reporting to senior leadership, the role combines strategic planning, operational oversight and business development to position the centre as a premier learning destination.

Key responsibilities

• Guide the development of the Training Centre to support growth and financial strength.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations, ensuring smooth delivery of programmes.
• Create a written strategic plan covering finances, operations, marketing and staff development aligned with annual objectives.
• Oversee internal and external communications.
• Identify and develop new revenue streams.
• Build contacts and partnerships with corporations, large business groups and government authorities to raise awareness and advocate for the centre.
• Lead the formation of an effective training team.
• Monitor operational performance against budget, focusing on revenue and profitability.
• Implement best‑practice customer service standards.
• Optimise systems to capture and enhance centre performance.
• Collaborate with group HR on employee development and cultural alignment.

Required profile

• Proven experience working in the UAE, preferably in business development for training centres.
• Established network of contacts with corporates, large business groups and government authorities.
