Training Coordinator - Driver Remedial Program

About the role

Ultimate HR Solutions is hiring a Training Coordinator for a leading organization in Dubai, responsible for administrative and coordination support of driver remedial training programs. The role ensures that training sessions, attendance, records, reporting and communication are managed efficiently and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate remedial training sessions using the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Make sure training rooms, schedules and materials are ready for each session
• Maintain accurate attendance, training records and documentation
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly training reports
• Follow up with drivers who miss scheduled sessions and escalate repeated no-shows, supporting non-compliance reporting
• Coordinate with Operations on driver attendance, handovers and training completion
• Support trainers with administrative needs before, during and after training
• Keep training records and attendance up to date in the LMS and respond to queries from drivers, trainers, Operations and other stakeholders

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in training coordination, administration or a similar role
• Experience in transport, logistics, mobility or service industries preferred
• Good written and verbal English

Required skills

• Strong Microsoft Excel, Outlook and MS Office skills
• Experience with an LMS is an advantage
• Organization, time management, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast pace
