Training Manager

About the role

The Training Manager will lead the design, delivery and evaluation of learning initiatives across the organisation. This role ensures that training programmes are aligned with business goals, support employee development and enhance community welfare training efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement prioritized training plans that meet organisational and employee development objectives.
• Conduct regular Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and skill‑assessment drives to identify gaps and propose relevant programmes.
• Maintain annual and quarterly training calendars, including mandatory and refresher courses.
• Coordinate trainers, venues, materials, vendors and participant schedules for effective delivery.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure quality and timely execution.
• Design, develop and deliver in‑house training customised for different employee groups.
• Manage new‑hire orientation sessions to ensure smooth onboarding and policy awareness.
• Conduct post‑training assessments, evaluate effectiveness and prepare analytical reports.
• Maintain accurate training records, certifications and documentation.
• Monitor training budgets and resources to ensure cost‑effective delivery.
• Lead community development and welfare training initiatives, delivering free vocational and employability programmes.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in training, onboarding or skill‑assessment activities.
