Training Manager

About the role

As Training Manager you will develop and deliver engaging training programs to enhance team skills, service standards, product knowledge and performance at AURA Skypool Dubai. You will collaborate with operational leaders to identify needs and ensure consistent high‑standard service.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the learning, development and training culture across the venue.
• Manage new‑joiner onboarding and induction journeys with personalised plans.
• Coordinate the annual and monthly training calendar for Front of House and Heart of House.
• Deliver internal training covering brand standards, guest experience, service excellence and operational standards.
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.
• Coordinate food and beverage product training, tastings and knowledge assessments.
• Identify performance gaps and develop targeted coaching and refresher training.
• Support development of supervisors and emerging leaders to build an internal talent pipeline.
• Monitor training effectiveness through observations, assessments and feedback, adapting as needed.
• Act as custodian of AURA service culture and brand standards across all guest touchpoints.
• Participate in venue management decisions, providing a training and culture perspective.
• Support employee engagement, recognition and culture initiatives to strengthen retention.
• Provide administrative support for training documentation and coordination.
• Support major new experiences, activations and product launches with required colleague training.

Required profile

• 4–5 years experience in Training / Learning & Development, preferably in luxury hospitality, F&B or lifestyle.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and service standards.
• Proven experience delivering engaging training and development programs.
• Excellent communication, presentation and coaching abilities.
• Passionate about people development and creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
