Training Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Training Officer to lead learning and development initiatives across our valet parking and hospitality operations. You will design and deliver structured training programs that boost customer service, operational performance, and safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training programs for valet parking and hospitality staff covering customer service, grooming standards, operational procedures, and workplace safety.
• Conduct HSE training sessions in line with regulations and internal policies.
• Support onboarding activities, including orientation and induction for new employees.
• Assess training needs in coordination with Operations and HR teams.
• Develop and update training materials, guides, and competency frameworks.
• Monitor and report training attendance, participation, and performance outcomes.
• Ensure consistency and quality of training delivery across all operational sites.

Required profile

• Valid HSE certification (mandatory).
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• Previous experience in valet parking, hospitality, customer service, or similar operational environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to deliver structured and engaging training sessions for diverse teams.
• Professional conduct and presentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
