Transformation Manager

About the role

ADNOC Distribution is seeking a Transformation Manager to lead and support strategic change initiatives across the organisation. The role will focus on analysing performance data, identifying improvement opportunities and delivering high‑impact projects that drive efficiency and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse key business KPIs to track performance trends.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses to uncover performance gaps and root causes.
• Develop structured problem‑solving approaches and detailed project workplans.
• Support the delivery of transformation projects across multiple functions.
• Prepare high‑quality presentations and materials for senior stakeholders.
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement initiatives.
• Promote a fact‑based, performance‑driven culture within the organisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or administration; a Master’s in engineering management or an MBA is highly preferred.
• 8‑10 years of experience in business, project or programme management, preferably within retail, fuel retail, financial services or B2B environments.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale transformation projects involving people and processes.
• Experience working in multinational organisations across the US, Europe and the Middle East.
