Transport Coordinator

About the role

TechnipFMC is seeking a Transport Coordinator to oversee the seamless execution of onshore and offshore truck mobilization and demobilization operations. The role ensures compliance with operational, safety, and documentation requirements while coordinating with internal departments and external service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Review RFLS requests and arrange CICPA‑approved 06x06 trucks for onshore mobilization, ensuring drivers hold valid passes.
• Prepare and verify gate pass documentation, obtain approvals from drilling supervisors, and communicate details to warehouse teams.
• Conduct physical truck inspections, complete ADNOC HSE forms, and coordinate Journey Management Plans with transportation companies.
• Track vehicle movements, provide routing updates, and collect signed POD copies for record keeping.
• Manage onshore truck demobilization, including work order collection, signature stamping, and coordination with rig‑site authorities.
• Arrange offshore Black Top truck mobilization, coordinate gate pass approvals with ESNAD security, and facilitate material inspections.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating onshore and offshore truck mobilization and demobilization.
• Strong knowledge of CICPA documentation, ADNOC HSE procedures, and Journey Management requirements.
• Ability to liaise with rig‑site radio operators, drilling supervisors, and external transport providers.
• Attention to detail in handling gate passes, loading notes, and work orders.
