Transportation Coordinator

About the role
The Transportation Coordinator ensures that fresh, UHT, food and milk products are dispatched on schedule from Almarai’s operating hubs to the correct destinations, maintaining accurate documentation and meeting departmental objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute daily/weekly dispatches of fresh, UHT, food and milk products.
- Ensure timely delivery to designated destinations.
- Maintain accurate shipping documentation.
- Achieve department objectives and performance targets.
Required profile
- High school graduate or recognized computer qualification.
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar logistics or transportation role.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, able to work in a multicultural environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Knowledge of SAP.
