Travel Consultant - AI Trainer

About the role
We are seeking a bilingual Travel Consultant to join our AI training team. In this remote, contract position you will interact with AI chatbots in both Arabic and English, measuring their progress and helping improve their conversational quality.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with AI chatbots by creating and conducting diverse, complex conversation scenarios.
- Evaluate chatbot responses for correctness, relevance, and performance.
- Provide detailed feedback and suggestions to refine model behavior.
- Document evaluation results and track improvement over time.
Required profile
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent writing and grammar skills.
- Preferably holding a current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
- Based in the United Arab Emirates.
