Travel Consultant

About the role

FCM Travel Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic Corporate Travel Consultant to join its Dubai team. You will work in a supportive, team‑based environment, handling complex travel bookings for corporate clients and delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange business travel for corporate accounts, including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation.
• Create and manage Passenger Name Records (PNR) and client profiles.
• Perform ticketing, Phase IVs, exchanges, and changes on complex international and domestic fares.
• Provide solutions to travel‑related issues and ensure smooth client experiences.
• Participate in team meetings and weekly business meetings.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of corporate travel experience, including work outside regular office hours and weekends.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining professional client rapport.

Required skills

• Amadeus ticketing system proficiency.
