About the role

The Travel Consultant will provide end-to-end travel planning for clients in Abu Dhabi, delivering personalized itineraries and ensuring a seamless travel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Research destinations and prepare tailored itineraries based on client budgets and preferences.
• Book and manage flights, hotels, ground transportation, and activities.
• Handle reservations, changes, and cancellations while maintaining accurate records.
• Interact directly with customers to answer inquiries, offer travel advice, and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to uphold high service standards.

Required profile

• Strong travel consulting and management skills.
• Experience with travel arrangements and reservations.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple itineraries.
• Comfort working on-site and collaborating with team members and partners.
• Relevant diploma or degree and prior experience in travel or hospitality preferred.
