Travel Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Travel Manager to lead our corporate travel operations across the United Arab Emirates. The role is fully remote and focuses on designing travel strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with travel policies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement corporate travel strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage end‑to‑end travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
• Establish and maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, travel agencies, and other service providers.
• Create, update, and enforce travel policies, procedures, and approval workflows.
• Negotiate with suppliers to optimise travel costs and analyse travel data for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel for employees, executives, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, visa, and organisational travel regulations.
• Monitor travel performance, expenses, traveller satisfaction, and service quality metrics.
• Oversee travel booking platforms, reporting systems, and technology solutions.
• Support travel risk management, emergency response, and traveller assistance programmes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Tourism, Operations Management or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in travel management or corporate travel.
• 2+ years managing corporate travel programs or travel teams.
• Strong understanding of travel operations, airline services, accommodation management and travel policies.
• Knowledge of international travel requirements, visa processes and travel risk management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple travel requests in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
