Tribe Lead - Agile Delivery

About the role

Wasl, a real estate management company overseeing a large portfolio of assets in Dubai, is hiring a Tribe Lead in its Business Excellence and Transformation department. The Tribe Lead drives the strategic direction, leadership and coordination of multiple squads to deliver measurable business outcomes and improve customer satisfaction, translating enterprise vision into squad-level plans and strengthening Agile ways of working. The role reports to the Director – Business Excellence and Transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Align squad activities and priorities with Wasl's strategic objectives through tribe and squad-level plans.
• Empower squad members to make autonomous decisions and take ownership of deliverables.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration, knowledge sharing and joint problem-solving across squads.
• Support Agile practices by guiding squads, facilitating ceremonies and reinforcing continuous delivery.
• Identify and remove impediments, and act as liaison between squads and senior leadership.
• Lead retrospectives, implement learnings and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage risks and delivery bottlenecks, and establish and monitor KPIs/OKRs.
• Support planning and tracking of tribe-level initiatives within approved resource and budget parameters.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in transformation, program/project delivery or Agile delivery environments.
• 5-7 years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and complex delivery portfolios.
• Prior experience delivering major platforms such as Unifier, SAP S4 Hana, Jaggaer, Salesforce or SuccessFactors.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile principles, delivery governance and performance measurement (KPIs/OKRs).
• Agile certification (e.g. SAFe, Scrum@Scale, Scrum Master/Agilist) or equivalent.
• Desirable: Master's degree, Lean Six Sigma or Change Management certification, and experience delivering transformation programs in the UAE/GCC.
