About the role
A growing dental and dermatology centre in Al Shamkha, Abu Dhabi is looking for an Emirati call center agent to be the first voice its patients hear. The position is full-time and on-site, with full training provided.
Key responsibilities
- Handle patient calls and WhatsApp enquiries in Arabic and English
- Follow up with new leads and book appointments
- Confirm and remind patients of their visits
- Share information about the centre's services and offers
Required profile
- UAE National, female
- Fluent Arabic and good English
- Friendly, confident communicator
- Customer service or call center experience is a plus; fresh graduates are welcome
