About the role
The role supports the UAE office and global matter delivery, primarily within the banking practice, handling transactional work in English and Arabic. It involves close collaboration with senior lawyers, partners and clients to meet client‑led deadlines.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver and assist in transactional matter work, ensuring tasks are communicated to the Paralegals & Support Lawyers management team.
- Monitor capacity, generate workflow, and respond to changing client instructions.
- Maintain up‑to‑date subject‑matter knowledge and share it across the team.
- Use legal technology platforms, virtual data rooms, and AI document review tools in line with firm policy.
Required profile
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- LPC / SQE or foreign qualified lawyer with at least 2 years of banking paralegal experience in an international law firm or financial institution.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across jurisdictions.
