UAV Pilot

About the role

We are seeking a skilled UAV Pilot to join Nabati Foods’ climate‑tech team in Abu Dhabi. You will operate multirotor and powered‑lift drones for ecosystem restoration projects, delivering high‑quality aerial data and seeding missions in remote environments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute UAV missions, including mapping, aerial seeding, and environmental data capture.
• Conduct meteorological assessments, airspace analysis, and risk assessments for each flight.
• Operate UAVs with a maximum take‑off weight up to 50 kg in challenging field conditions.
• Manage in‑field data capture, ensure data quality, and handle post‑flight data transfer, logging, and reporting.
• Perform routine maintenance checks, inspections, and technical troubleshooting of UAV equipment.
• Promote a safety‑first culture and ensure compliance with local aviation regulations.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, execution‑focused attitude with the ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience operating UAVs in remote or field‑based settings (minimum 1 month).
• Strong awareness of safety, regulatory compliance, and documentation procedures.
