UI/UX Design Lead

About the role

Rayqube is seeking a talented UI/UX Design Lead to shape intuitive and visually compelling digital experiences for web and mobile platforms. The role focuses on creating high‑quality interfaces, establishing design systems, and collaborating closely with product and development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems to ensure consistency.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into user‑friendly designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate concepts.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Ensure designs follow accessibility, responsiveness, and usability best practices.
• Stay up‑to‑date with UI/UX trends, tools, and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma and solid understanding of design systems.
• Hands‑on experience with Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong knowledge of design for touch screens, user‑centered design principles, and interaction design.
• Ability to create pixel‑perfect designs and scalable components.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills.
