Uniform Room Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Uniform Room Supervisor to lead the uniform and linen operations at our hotel in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure that all uniform cleaning, linen maintenance and related services meet Accor’s standards while delivering a seamless experience for staff and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise implementation of uniform and laundry standards and procedures.
• Open and close shifts, ensuring effective hand‑over and accurate shift briefings.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, resolve employee grievances and manage guest complaints professionally.
• Conduct uniform and linen inspections, process items promptly and manage special requests.
• Maintain and control stock levels of F&B and room linen, perform stock takes and oversee storage areas.
• Manage lost‑property procedures and ensure proper documentation.
• Support laundry and housekeeping teams during peak periods and ensure safe, clean work environments.
• Maintain up‑to‑date files, participate in monthly inventories and follow daily check‑lists.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supervising uniform, laundry or linen operations within a hotel environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage shift schedules and stock control.
• Excellent communication skills for handling calls, grievances and guest interactions.
• Attention to safety and cleanliness standards, including fire‑hazard prevention.
• Ability to work collaboratively with housekeeping, laundry and front‑office teams.
