About the role
This University Internship offers a full‑time, hands‑on experience within The Ritz‑Carlton hotel in Dubai. You will build on your classroom studies and learn first‑hand how a luxury hotel operates, immersed in Marriott’s culture and business.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in daily hotel operations across various departments.
- Help ensure the "Gold Standards" of The Ritz‑Carlton are delivered graciously and thoughtfully each day.
- Participate in projects that support guest experience and service excellence.
Required profile
- Current college or university student.
- Enthusiastic about a career in hospitality and willing to learn.
