User Growth & Lifecycle Marketing Manager

About the role

Binance is looking for an experienced User Growth & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead global lifecycle marketing campaigns. The role involves collaborating across teams, optimizing onboarding, retention, and referral mechanisms, and using data‑driven insights to boost user activation and repeat purchases.

Key responsibilities

• Lead optimization of new‑user onboarding, implementing product iterations and personalized marketing to improve activation and first‑time transaction conversion.
• Build a comprehensive lifecycle management system, including user segmentation, membership programs, point systems, and gamification to increase repeat purchases.
• Design and optimize referral and viral growth mechanisms to drive organic expansion.
• Conduct A/B testing and segmentation strategies to allocate operational resources efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth execution of lifecycle campaigns.
• Analyze data to uncover business insights, identify problems, and develop data‑driven solutions.

Required profile

• Proven track record of scaling user bases from zero to significant numbers, with measurable impact on retention and conversion.
• Over 5 years of internet industry experience, including at least 3 years in senior growth roles within e‑commerce or fintech.
• Experience leading growth projects with systematic frameworks and methodologies.
• Strong familiarity with product features, user preferences, and pain points across business units.
• Bilingual English/Arabic to coordinate with MENA region partners.
