About the role
The Utilities Inspector – Wet Utilities will support field inspection activities for water‑related infrastructure projects. Working under general supervision, the role combines on‑site inspections with documentation to ensure compliance with quality, performance and code requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily field inspections of wet utility installations and maintain accurate inspection records.
- Monitor conformance to specifications, quality standards and relevant codes.
- Participate in punch‑list activities, testing and commissioning processes.
- Track quality‑assurance progress and provide input for area and equipment turnover documentation.
- Assist in training entry‑level employees as needed.
Required profile
- Limited experience in utilities inspection or a related field.
- Ability to apply judgment to plan and accomplish inspection goals.
- Works effectively under general supervision and can support team members.
